The chair is not perfect. Perfection would cost a fortune. Value for money this chair is excellent. Took a bit longer to assemble than the six minutes in the video, so what, take your time, make sure you don't cross-thread any of the bolts, don't forget the washers on the seat/frame assembly and it all goes together OK. I found it easier to attach the arms to the back before fitting to the seat. Other than that everything went fine. Would recommend chair and company to anybody. Delivery before 10a.m. on day following placement of order. I am one very satisfied customer.
