“Let Own By Europcar”

For many years I have been wanting to come to Jersey and my chance came. The Friday sfter we arrived we heard there was to be a bus strike on the Monday. My 3 triends and I decided we would hire a car with me being the driver as I am used to driving in Denmark and other country's. On the Friday the hotel rang up yourselves and a four door car a Ford Fiesta was arranged to be delivered to our hotel, the Ambassadeur at 9.30. At 9.15 I was waiting in the hall in plenty of time with great anticipation of a great day, the car was due at 9.30, 9.45 came and went and I asked the hotel to contact yourselves to see where the car was. The reply was it was on it's way. 10.15 came and went and they rang again and were told that it had been sent to the wrong hotel. 10.30 came and went. I then asked the hotel to ring up and cancell the car as I and my friends had no idea when it would turn up. We had to get a taxi into town and this liminted what we could do. IN FACT I CAN SAY THAT YOU AS A COMPANY RUINED not only our day but the holiday. I feel that there should be some form of recompence in the form of a voucher for if I wish to hire again.
