Since reading the reviews about private medical insurance with the protection of life insurance as well gives you the peace of mind that with the money you put away each month will help look after your loved ones once you have gone or if something was to happen suddenly you would always know that they would be looked after. Also as a parent having a child brings worry to you as you do not want your child to be ill so you would do anything to protect them and by having a policy again you would have peace of mind knowing if your child was to become ill you would get the best possible care for your family. Would look into this further.
