“confused customer”

i have recently applied for a credit account to find out i will not know if i have passed until my order has been delivered ?? i will not be able to track this order or sign in to my online account until order arrives which will have my account number very strange way of operating how do i know how long this will take what days i should be in to colect order this have sent emails to company for reasurance but have recieved no reply as yet sorry i didnt apply to another company now but will just have to hold back now as i dont want to be approved for two credit accounts : [
