“Not even to my worst enemy!”

First I got one flight, then they cancelled and since the change was not significant, they wouldn't give us our money back. We go to exchange the vouchers for tickets, no one at the airport knows how to do it. This was an international flight so the cancel fee was 250!
F you AA, you cancel my trip to an hour that is no longer convenient for me. When I ask for my money back, you won't give it and you dare to charge me 250 each for YOUR mistake. Company needs to go . As long as they got your money, they don't care keeping you happy as a costumer.
