“Managers chair delivery and customer service”

Ordered chair 17.20 wednesday received friday pm wonderful delivery service
unfortunately when unpacking found broken caster.Called cust.service immediately and was told that a replacement would be sent out right away left phone thinking good service these things happen.Wednesday of following week as had not received replacement called cust. service who informed me that there was no record of my call thus no part had been mailed but a replacementwould be sent immediately but would probably reach me friday at the latest.Friday mail arrived but without my part called cust.service who asked me to wait until monday and if still no delivery call and they would send out another caster,monday still no caster so called cust.service who assured me that a new part would be sent immediately.Wednesday post arrived and joy unconfined received two separate packages with replacement caster in each.Strange thing was both packages were franked 20 Nov!!!However after two weeks of not being able to use chair have now been able to sit down.The moral of this story is delivery of the order was excellent but the after sales was as above would still use this co.but would pray there would be no damagethat needed parts.
