“Took our money, said they would deliver but didnt!!!!!”

Really annoyed.... we went to IKEA Ashton and saw a sofa in the bargin section, we explained that we live in South Wales and they said it was fine and they would deliver it for £50. We waited over 1 hour to arrange this and spoke to 3 different members of staff who all agreed with the delivery arrangements. We then drove home and a day later got a call saying they would not deliver as it is to far. We then arranged our own delievery service however they had put the sofa back in store despite taking our money. The lady on the phone was awkward and said if we wanted our own deliever then the driver needed to show the reciept whice we had in South Wales.... how was we suppose to get that to him the same day? we were then told to send the driver to the store and buy it again but if someone else bought it then its tough.... even though we owned the sofa as we had already paidfor it.... WASTE OF TIME AND SOOOOO UNORGANISED!!!!!
