“Deceptive,rude and arrogant”

After waiting 45 min in the freezing cold at gatwick airport I decided to call Green Motion part of easyCar as I noticed buses coming and going but not stopping at the stated stop only to be informed I needed to move to another collection bus stop.
When collecting my vehicle the website stated 3 suitcase symbol and the fiat panda I was allocated only was able to take 1 case. Also no air con which I did not need but was stated as being on vehicle and clearly was not.
The car was dirty and we had to rub dirt off to inspect for damage.
I contacted easyCar customer service and they advised me to drive to my nearest green motion depot to change the vehicle which was over 150 miles from me.
The blame lies on me as I booked the wrong vehicle according to easyCar.
Not only is it dangerous to travel with suitcases on the back seat it's also a security risk.
The attitude of Green Motion and EasyCar stinks.
