“How not to run a business”

Booked and paid online to see breaking dawn part 2. turned up, went to the ticket collection machine but it would not accept my booking number. went to the kiosk young man can't retrieve my tickets, young man gets on phone spends 5 minuets on phone while queue builds up behind me making me feel very uncomfortable. young man gets off phone and tells me that showing is cancelled with no reason given. to add to this the manager had left the building and they were unable to refund my card. I will be calling the customer services number that I have been given in the morning to get my money back
