A retailer based in the United Kingdom, not abiding by the laws laid down....
if they do not accept refunds, this should be their tag line, so under their name sportsdirect.com, they should write everywhere, "We do not issue refunds" (so that the potential client clearly understands this PRIOR to making a purchase)
if they don't do this (they don't), then they are culprits of their own making by mis seliing their goods under the sale of goods act 1979. each and every person mis sold have rights to a FULL refund of goods returned and compensation for mis selling, as I have, please follow suit. write them a 14 day legal notice under the sale of goods act 1979 asking for a full refund. if they don't, then file a claim against the company in the small claims court for the amount, compensation and legal fees, lets see how long they handle such legal claims, you can do this by going to moneycliamsonline.gov
