I ordered flowers to deliver to my boyfriend's office in Paris - France, i really wish that flowers make he surprised on the day (15 Nov '12). But i was wrong, the flowers didn't deliver on time. The customer service (Sagai Philip) said that the order is with courier service & unfortunately it is delayed. Perhaps tomorrow if it gets late today, but he cannot GUARANTEE. How can??? i really disappointed!!! Till today (16 Nov '12) when office hours gonna end, the flowers still not come. Tomorrow & 2 days later are weekend. How can my boyfriend get my flower if he's not in the office??????? I send email today (16 Nov '12) to customer service to ask about my order but he doesn't reply anything today. As a customer, I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE
