“Fail to deliver on specified day!”

I've ordered flowers via iflorist to be delivered to France 3 times now. The first time everything went like clockwork, the second time however the flowers were delivered 2 days after I'd requested. Just not good enough in my opinion, if you order flowers for a specific day/ occasion then you expect them to arrive on this day. There was no notification from iflorist regarding late delivery either, it was just that I'd heard nothing from the recipient so I followed it up with iflorist.

On the back of the last late delivery I was offered £10 off my next order so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, my mum should have received flowers yesterday and there's still no sign of them, apparently 'Due to technical difficulties, your order could not get delivered'. I've been offered £10 off my next delivery but I certainly won't be using them again. Terrible service!
