“Pretty Good Experience”

I bought an Egro computer chair, and was particularly pleased with the choice of colours. This gave very good service until one of the castors kept falling out, only to find that it was the hole it went into that had split. I telephoned a member of your customer service team explaining the problem, and a new 5 star base arrived within a matter of days. However, when we tried to remove the central gas tube from the old 5 star base it just wouldn't budge. Again phoned your excellent customer service team, and again, within a couple of days we received a new central column but were unable to connect this to the chair seat as another part was totally jammed. In the end - although the chair was still well within the guarantee period - we decided the best thing was to just buy another chair. This we did, and now hope the new chair gives us full satisfaction.

All in all, customer service excellent - everyone polite and helpful, and very quick delivery. Just a pity that the old parts could not be removed, but this would not stop me buying from you again.
