I have received the wrong product and it is very painful to send it back and also get your money back! Speaking to customer service is like speaking to an answering machine. I had to take a day off for the pickup of the wrongly delivered product, but didn't come to pick it up. They don't care if you have to get out of your way. Now I seen the product I originally wanted, but they can't sent it to me, I have to re-order and pay the full amount! So I have a product I don’t want and brand ally still got the money for it as well and I had to re-order the originally product again and pay for it. I wouldn’t have ordered it again if it wasn’t a present. I gave them few option which would be fair for brand ally and the customer, but they don't care! Customer service is not existing and I don’t recommend brand ally at all!
