Dreadful online service. We've tried a couple of times to buy online. The order is taken and then sometime down the line there'll be an email saying that the order has been despatched. Then...there'll be an email saying that the item isn't in stock.
But that's not as bad as UA not applying credit notes to new purchases (if they even have them in stock, which seems a rare thing).
Try to get that money back and they don't answer emails. A phone call will get a response of 'it takes 28 days to refund the money to your card' but they don't tell you when the start date is.
They work hard at keeping money that doesn't belong to them.
