Item down as in stock but after 3 weeks with no delivery I contacted them only to be told it would be another 10-12 days. A week later I emailed for a progress report and they told me it would be 10-12 days. Cancelled my items but am still waiting for a refund! Shocking customer service. No one contacted to say the item wouldn't be delivered and now the order is cancelled they don't seem to want to know. They were happy enough to take my money nearly 2 months ago for items they didn't have. I'm shocked as most companies wont take your money until items are dispatched. Am off to contact trading standards as they are truly shocking!
