“Awful service”

I tried to buy my cousin a present from her Next wedding list and this woman called Christine at the Gyle, Edinburgh could not be bothered serving me, didn't seem to know what she was doing and kept telling me to go to another store or go home and look again.

I asked for a manager and managed to get what I was looking for. Really disappointed. I am a very good customer of next and do not like being treated like this!
