“Poor quality and service”

Your deco shop is SO BAD, and the communication and quality is so poor.
We ordered in Dutch, and after you pay all communication is in english or German!!!
We finaly recieved (after many problems and even Incasso because we didn't get confirmation mails) our product and it was damaged and not the quality they promise.

We send an email, and the only thing they answer is "please send us more pictures" - until you finally give up.
There is no place to send your order back, or to cancel the order.

We paid for about 80euro's for a sticker - in normal shop (with such a bad quality) you can find it for 20 euro!!

Hope nobody makes the same mistake as us.
Conclussion: don't buy at your deco shop.
