I bought 2 boards for a customer of mine and advised them to not send a invoice to my customer as i was making a mark up. They didnt send an invoice out with the boards but my customer was able to ring them directly and got them to send a copy of the invoice to him by saying he was more like a partner to me! I am not been funny but if i bought something from somewhere and then rung the actual manufacturer and requested a copy of the invoice they would laugh in my face! I made a complaint and the only thing that was done was an half hearted apology, followed by 'My Staff havent done anything wrong'.
I never write reviews but feel very strongly about this issue and was angered by the comment of 'My staff have'nt done anything wrong!
Also back to the other review i have just read, one of the boards that was delivered was also Damaged!
