Booked flights for Gran Canaria through ONB.
When it came to making the payment, I selected to pay by credit card. Website did not come up with a prompt to say that credit card payment attract handling fees. Only came to know about it when I received the booking confirmation.
I tried cancelling the cc booking & tried paying on a dr card, but customer service adviser could not accommodate
I wish handling charges were properly shown in the invoice whilst processing the online payment
