“Lost my bike!”

Ordered a bike, took 4 days for it to be picked up for delivery. Sent an email to the delivery company (Nightfreight) and sent a message to EvansCycles contact center after a further 6 days had past without seeing bike to which I have not had a reply. Phoned them up today and the bike has been lost! They no longer stock that model although it is still produced.

'Would I like to order a different bike or get my money back?'

I'll have my money back. But that will take a further 3-5 days to clear.

Most annoying part? Not being responded to and having to chase them to find out what was going on.

I would recommend going somewhere else such as your local bike shop (not EC).
