Horrible salon, unprofessional people and they look as thought they are. I was more or less pleased when I was leaving the salon, not over the moon though, but when I got home realized that the color they suggested doesn't suit me and actually is the most terrible color I have ever had, the cut was awful, still had split ends and it's not the best I had, have paid 170 quid for all+ they have fooled me with the prices on products, sticking the higher price above the lowest. I used to go to Hooker & Young, they are cheaper and I was much more pleased with their work and afterwards, waste of money
