“Appalling Service”

We cancelled our joint credit card over 2 weeks ago when my husband lost his wallet. we had to put in writing that we wanted replacement cards and are still waiting for them more than 2 weeks later! Tried to phone to investigate but have been kept waiting on premium rate number for 15 minutes so gave up.We have previously found it impossible to resolve queries with them by phone. We will now be switching to another credit card. Our MBNA credit card which was lost at the same time was replaced in a couple of days and all that was needed was a phone call
