“Wouldn't even recommend to an enemy”

25 Sept: Ordered items listed as 'in stock'. First time with them so I decided to pay by BACS -> 2 day delay. At date of payment items were listed as out of stock. Waited a week, items no longer listed on website.

Phoned to change order - long wait - managed to change order. Chose replacement items in stock.

Waited a week - nothing. Called approx 2 weeks (long wait). Promises of "there has been a delivery delay", they will be with you on Mon/Tue next week.

A week later... nothing.

Called again today (6 Nov) - 35 minutes wait, no kidding. "They are coming from our warehouse in Germany, 2 weeks wait". Cancelled the order - let's see whether the refund actually arrives or whether I'll need to sacrifice another hour of my life to them.

I feel really sorry for the call centre staff, it must be rotten having to deal with this kind of situation day in & day out.
