“Very poor service!”

I ordered a oak shelf and proceeded to the check out . There wasn't any information of expected delivery times, so when I hadn't heard anything two weeks later we decided to email them . I had a reply which stated that I would definatley be delivered within another week. That was three weeks ago and we are still waiting . After a phone call to a lady called Emma , she stated that I would be at least another week. I found her attitude flippant and dismissive , I would really would have helped us to plan our nursery if they could communicated with me and kept their promises.
Not a company id recommend .
