“Weekend Break was fantastic”

Very happy with the service we received from Hotel Direct, booking was very easy- we used the Hidden Gems theatre break, everything went smoothly.Jersey Boys was amazing.
The email received day before trip just to confirm everything was unexpected but very much appreciated.
Hotel was sumptuous and staff very friendly, queueing for breakfast was slightly annoying but didn't have to wait long and staff were fantastic working extremely hard to keep things moving.
Used the room service one evening again service was excellent
We enjoyed everything about our trip -even the weather behaved
Room was a little noisy as we were facing a very busy road, next time will ask for a quieter room.
