Streamline and fasthosts - same evil, different name

Firstly I had terrible service from these guys. Awful jaw dropping service in which I had to be in continuous communication with them for weeks at a time just to get them to fix a server issue that was their fault. Not only that but the same thing kept reoccurring for 2 years and every time they insisted it was my fault for weeks before finally conceding.

Like many people I found myself unable to cancel my account when it came time to renew. When this sort of thing happens they ignore support tickets you raise about it and you end up having to spend ages waiting in a queue on the phone only to be repeatedly referred to their terms and conditions regardless of what you say. Now I'm having to go through trading standards to stop them from recovering the money through a debt collection agency.

Avoid them at all costs.
