AGAIN i have had problems with the Freshwater web site - such a pity as I really appreciate the filters and the previously simple way of re-ordering . However, despite being relatively clued up concerning use of the internet, I continue to have problems with a poorly thought out system. Last time I was unable to alter the number of filters ordered (unless I wanted to INCREASE the number) This time I entered the wrong password and despite requesting and receiving a new one the site REFUSED to accept it but continued to say that I was entering the wrong one.
