“Poor Customer Service”

I wanted to travel to USA - LHR-NYC-ALB-NYC-LHR. The travel agent of Travel House UK was very keen and energetic when searching for the ideal route and taking money from me. As soon as the money was paid, the enthusisam wore off and was no longer interested in talking to me or answers to questions I raised.

Subsequently, the airline decided to cancel the third leg of my journey and I claimed refund for that part of the journey. Lots of promises but
he did not call back once nor did he deal with my refund.

I would never book with Travel House UK again.
