I have rung customer service 3 times now requesting what number will be displayed on my mobile phone if the alarm is activated. I have tested this and it is not my home phone number that is displayed. All 3 customer service staff have told me it IS my home phone number and when I have told them it is not and if they could please check for me then they hung up. They must not give comprehensive training to customer service and the current staff would rather lie and make up facts as opposed to investigating a problem.
Absolutely rediculous. I will never buy a yale alarm again and avoid buying their locks as much as possible.
