“NEVER BOOK KPX”

I recently booked a groupon the krackow and KPX r the agents, i havent even gone away get and this company are soo UNHELPFUL, RUDE, and terrible to deal with.
Me and my parent were looking forward to goin away, now all i am is worried about it.
First off i booked the hotel on the dates i wanted which they comfirmed on the phone but i had to pay nearly £100 for the flights i wanted. Later on that i had a phone call off them say they would up grade me but when i looked at the hotel it was completely out of town,and i have had a operation recently so i said no. Then later that day i had another phone asking if i would swap to the other hotel in the deal, which i refused and said i booked the one i wanted. I then got told it hasnt been comfirmed i had that today even though the two phone calls before they said it was comfirmed. the lady said they would have to book through another company and get back to me, by this time i didnt want to go.
finally got it confirmed but got told i would have to wait 2days for comfirmation which i said wasnt good enough. after all this hassel i wanted the confirmation now which i didnt get untill i started kicking off.
whilst i recieved the comfirmation i read i could get my broading paases 30day before flights. So 3weeks before i fly i tried to do this and it wasnt excepted on the easyjet website. then i phoned KPX and asked why not and the lady told me i could to do this with easyjet so i explained that i traveled with easy in august and i had broading passes. after an 30min phone call she offered to do the passes for me and then send them to me to print. i asked so if u can do this why cant i?? eventually she done my paases but i am soo wondered about the hotel booking when i get there now.
KPX are a disguising company especailly with customer service. never ever again, which is a shame because i enjoy using groupon but i will NEVER buy a holiday from groupon if use KPX
