Pushy staff and then poor service when I tried to return an item in pristine condition at the Fort William store. I hadn't even taken it out of the box. Only offered a credit note, which when I looked at it a few hours and 200 miles later had restrictions written on it. £350 spent there, but won't ever visit this store or any of their other stores again. AVOID.
