“What is customer service?”

I paid for an allergy test where my hair had to be sent away.

I should have had a phone call with results.

This did not happen so I emailed - no answer to that.

Finally I managed to get someone to answer the phone and they promised they would forward the reults. Guess what - they did not.

I wrote to head office and was ignored.

Today I spoke to someone at head office to let them know I would be starting a small claim - the say they don't have a web site or a store in Birmingham (this is where I got the head office address as Leeds never answer their phone) - that's odd because Birmingham also gave me the phone number I was speaking to her on!

I have been assured I will have a refund by Saturday but do not expect this to happen judging by the service received so far.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I handed my money over!

Please do not give these people money before your sevice is delivered.
