“Customer service non-existent”

I've tried twice in the last six months to shop at Currys/PC World & failed on both occasions. Knew it was pointless asking staff for advice but chose products and stood waiting for service. Was ignored at length with staff serving customers who'd been waiting for less time. Went to rival stores and bought same products in minutes. If it's not possible to pick small products up off shelves then they need to introduce an Argos-like system where we can order them by serial number. It's not brain science to work out that, if you have completely incompetent staff, then you need to allow the customers to buy things without them.
