“purchased an instock bike 26 days ago and still not...”

i purchased and paid for a bike that was in stock from wiggle 26 days ago with a usual dispatch date of a couple of days and despite numerous emails and a weekly promise that "its ready for dispatch" i have still yet to receive this item , unfortunately there is no phone number to speak to somebody so you can only email them , which to be fair to wiggle they respond to quickly , but , there answer is always the same " we will chase it up with workshop " and then the next email is that its ready for dispatch and the courier is due to collect the item but unfortunately we cannot provide tracking details , so i have made sure someone is home all day , damn frustrating . and lo and behold today i have received the very same message !
i really used to think wiggle customer service was great but now through not receiving the item yet and the lies in their return messages i think i will look elsewhere for future purchases
