I ordered some readers and (being a numpty) entered +2.5 in error instead of +1.5. They arrived, next day, perfectly packaged but of course when I tried them I couldn't see clearly! I contacted via the live chat feature and explained the situation saying I was happy to cover any carriage costs incurred as it was my fault entirely. I was told how to locate a return form and also instructed that as long as I sent back in accordance with the instructions on the return form they would cover the carriage costs. Posted the day before yesterday and I received the correct strength ones today. Super quick, super efficient service. Thankyou so much, it's really unusual for me to feel moved to write a review so hopefully this sums up how I feel...
