“CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE RUDE AND DONT REPLY TO NO EMAILS ”

I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, as i was a 1st time buyer i was informed my 1st delivery would need to go to my registered home address. Therefore i was shocked when i received the the dispatch notice and they were had hald my address including my door number missing from the delivery address they gave Yodel and hermes. i called Yodel and Hermes and i told them my correct address but as studio had placed it with them they said they just need to call up and all will be updated on there system. However trying to get studio to do this simple task was not possible, one customer service was rude and un-helpful and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. I sent over 15th emails and NO ONE PERSON got back to me in the 7 working days i was seding these and thy put rubbish on there website that they will try get back in 24 hours - RUBBISH
After speaking to one veryhelpful chap who also spoke to his supervior he called hermes and give them my door number but as the item had been out for delivery so many times it turned up damaged. The rest of the pacel from Yodel has still not arrived and you can clearly see on there site it was sent back to studio on 8th oct. BUT THEY HAVE STILL NOT SENT IT BACK and are not getting back to me after there ERROR and now they accept me to pay by the 25th for stuff i have not recieved on THERE ERROR and they dont reply to emails
I also emailed PAT MATHREW and she failed to reply back either complete joke
