“Have improved but still some way to go”

I have used FVS for a number of years and I have around 20 sites hosted with them. I have had plenty of issues though, mainly to do with changing ownership and the subsequent errors with their dreaded mailfoundry spamfiltering which has completely knocked out emails for days. I changed some free hosting to paid, and when the free hosting accounts were finally cancelled (several months later!!) the paid accounts went down and some mailboxes were deleted! Also I don't like the domain management fee, which I know is only £5 but for heavens sake - just to change the nameservers? Come on guys, this is an annoying joke. I have had a lot of contact with their tech support which, in fairness is reasonably swift in responding but sometimes they don't read the issue properly or they just don't get it. However, eventually, it gets sorted.
