Can honestly say have never had a serious problem with Sky. We have been using them for about 12 years and have always got what we pay for. We did have a slight issue a couple of years ago when they suspended our broadband due to a virus and only informed us by email (not much use when we had nointernet connection) but they gave us 6 months half price as an apology for two days on no internet so happy with that! We have everything through sky, because my husband is disabled they offered us the full sky movies package permanently on a half price deal. Our internet is speedy even though we run about 7 devices through it, and it never drops. My mum recently had an issue with a new installation but again Sky dealt with it very quickly and got it fixed for her with little fuss. Overall we are very happy with sky.
