“Used once and never again!”

My friend booked our transfers through alpharooms and ours were a disaster!!! The spanish driver who spoke no english was stinking of alcohol .!! Transfer was meant to take an hour to get from barcelona to salou and i was on the coach for 3 hours before i decided to get off and taxi it the rest of the way.. This was the least of my worries though as the straw that broke the camels back was when the driver let some passengers off he forgot to shut the luggage door and my main haldall fell out and he ran over it.. Totally trashing my bag and clothes with all my shampoo conditioners suncreams etc.. Had to spend my first day of holiday washing all my clothes and feeling annoyed at the whole experience.. Will not take the same chance again.. I shouldve have stuck with travel republic who i booked my flights and hotel through..
