“Israel Holiday”

We booked with Longwoods to go to Tel Aviv for a few days staying in a four star hotel. The service from Longwoods was consistently poor with a generally unhelpful manner. I regret booking my holiday with Longwoods. They do not answer their phones and did not return my phone messages which I was forced to leave. I also left an email which was not answered. They charge an expensive phone number to call through to them. Despite the expensive holiday, they sent the tickets by email so I had to get them printed.

I would say, do NOT use Longwoods if you have an alternative.
