“cons-victoria hotel turkey”

Booked a holiday with them was asuured that they were giving us a 4*hotel in turkey with 45minutes transfers and excellent fsacilities well here goes
arrived at 9.30 in the evening transfer time 2hours got to a hotel at midnight,shocks in our system as the bus stopped outside it looked like a 2 star or even a hostel defenitely not a 4 star.
checked in requested some food and water as we hadnt eaten since afternoon only to be told in turkish resturant closed so had to fight with the [poor receptionist for half hour who organised a sandwich for and something to drink for god sake we only wanted water not royal salute so the 3 of us went off to see our 4 star rooms and oh boy we were in for a shock filthy batroom mouldy fridge ,dirty floor,broken cupboards,shower that looked like that it wasnt cleaned for a week ,toilet s full of scale,rust and manky rooms totally digusting all our 3 rooms were in this state,got moved from this rooms but yet again same state of manky rooms but with different problems all showers couldnt fit a small petite size 12 in the cubile had bto see how a size 16 would be able to shower,ok thought lets sleep over it and will tackle jetline travel in the morning finally sandwiches and this took 1 litre water bottles but no glasses to drink from (1 hour for them to come) so another 20minute debate about trying to get some glasses to drink water and to get our 80 year friend to take her medication finally some glasses,just about to start our gormet snack 3 very upset ladies who must have checked in walk in all really very upset at the state of their rooms suprise suprise,they get moved and oh boys they didnt have water in the shower.
I could write a essay but to cut a long story short rang jetline travel from our mobile took 20 minutes a call trying to get them to relocate us but without success,they just couldnt see anything wrong with the holiday they hav sold us.they sold us a 4 star description and is was just barely a 2 star,wanted us to pay 150 pounds each to relocate this was unacceptable
they couldnt offer us a them on tv soon
they are selling holidays just to get the sales not on one requirements in mind
