“Shocking on-line retail experience”

Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line for next day delivery. When they did not arrive had to contact customer services multiple times to enquire where they were only to eventually get the response that they were 'lost in transit'. No tracking number, no other information, just 'lost'.

Have had to chase up a refund myself which I have still not had so basically going to get a refund through my CC company - no apology, no response to e-mails. Shocking.

Wish I had gone on-line and researched first as it seems many others have had bad experiences.
