“Poor Delivery Times”

Ordered a card for my wife's birthday via first class post. Four days later and still waiting for the card to arrive. After an initial canned response, they rudely claimed they were unable to provide a refund because 'the card is still in the delivery timeframe window'. Since when does it take 4 days to deliver a card via first class post? Won't use again.
