“Problem sorted in 3 hours”

The standard ecommerce package recommend that orders are confirmed before payment. In my experience some customers think they don't have to pay once they receive confirmation, so I was losing sales. 123Support was able to show me how to change the settings, though why they originally recommended otherwise is a mystery to me. Speed of response could be much quicker. A phone number could have solved this in less than a minute.
