I ordered a pair of golf shoes which had a 2-3 day delivery promise. After waiting for 5 days I sent an email to Golf247 asking where my order was………no reply. I sent another email 2 days later…………….no reply from that one either!! I then called 10 days after I placed the order and spoke to a very abrupt man at Golf247 who said he would look into it. I left this for 24 hours and called again when there was no reply from Golf247. The same abrupt man said that they had problems with their courier, and that they would send another pair which would be with me within 2 days. 4 days later after nothing arrived I called again. This time a more pleasant individual took my call and said that they sent another pair out which has gone missing!! He said he would refund my credit card. This was interesting because when I checked my credit card account the refund had been made 4 days after my order, before I first made contact with them to ask where the shoes were!!!!!! At no time was there any real apology for this worst Internet shopping experience. Next time I will shop at Sports Direct who sent me golf shoes within 2 days, having ordered them at the same time as with Golf247. This company needs to change their courier and needs to provide much better customer service or they will not last long in a competitive online golf market. My advice to anyone thinking of buying golf stuff online is shop elsewhere.
