“Terrible!!!!”

English is my second Language, excuse me.

The most terrible experience I ever with insurance company! If you are still using Vodafone phoneinsure I recommend you to read the Terms and Conditions VERY VERY VERY CAREFULLY!!!! they have whole page explain how they do not provide You with any insurance cover. They also have the right to explain each one of the terms.

I have lost my iphone in the airport with my another SIM card on it, they rejected my claim on the basis that " If the Mobile is used in connection with a pre paid SIM card at the time of the accidental Loss, Theft or Damage;"

25 month insure with Vodafone phoneinsure and no claim until now. I have to say I was defeated by this terrible phoneinsure company.
