“No respect for the customer”

I placed an order 14 days ago and parted with my money. 8 days later when tracking the order online it still hadnt been processed. I contact them and a customer service guy called me. In all fairness the quality of his call was very good. He too couldnt understand how the order was yet to be processed and assured me it would be processed that monday.
A week later I still am without my goods??? A mail order company in the UK who takes over 15 days to get goods out? never heard of it and quite frankly insulted by the way they have treated me.
