“Spoilt at the end of the day”

My best friend and I visited the park for the first time today. We were so excited! The rides we went on were amazing. The food we ate was ok too. The only 2 things that really let the day down were, the ride, Colosuss was closed and we had to wait an hour for a bus back to the closest railway station of Staines. There were over 400 people standing in the cold, some couldn't fit under the canopy and were out in the rain! The park closed at 5pm so naturally the bus stop quickly filled up. Bearing in mind we had already paid for a return ticket so the service received was appalling! Run more buses!!
