“bravofly can't confirm reservation”

I booked flight on this site only to see two hours later that they cannot confirm my booking - and then they cancelled reservation. The price of the ticket were frozen on my credit card so i had to book another flight and throw another 1000$ of my CC. As I write these words money hadn't returned to my CC account. Still waiting.
Why do they advertise flights they cannot sell is beyond my comprehension.
